Project numbers

This guide requires you to be elevated.

Project numbers are set per organisation and are assigned to individual members. These numbers are used to give members access to equipment so that they are for example able to use the planner to reserve this equipment.

Move your mouse to the left side of the screen to show the navigation bar.

Click "Organisation".

Click "Project numbers".

The top dropdown can be used to select an organisation.

Click on the organisation for which you want to see the project numbers.

This page shows all project numbers that are associated with the selected organisation. Project numbers are used to differentiate between different projects that are currently in progress in the lab. To add a new project numbers, click on "Add project number".

A new project number can be assigned to a certain department, but this is not required. A department can be selected in the dropdown field. For each project, it is required to insert a name and number. This is indicated by the red star.

The option "Blocked" can be selected for a project which cannot be used for new entries. This can for example be set for a project that is currently on hold or discontinued.

To save the new project, click "Save".
