Elevating the session

Elevation is used for administrator users to get the required privileges to make changes in the system.

Step 1

Click the "Elevate" button in the top right corner of the page.

Step 2

If you already have an elevation password configured, enter it here to skip account validation.

Step 3

Click "Elevate session".

Step 4

When you entered a passcode you will already be elevated, otherwise you were asked to confirm your credentials. The timer in the top right corner indicates how long your elevated session is still valid. Make sure to not leave your elevated session unsupervised!
